Day 4 workout:
Great, a shorter workout I thought. And yes it was, but after my arm supersets were done it was on to hamstrings. With my whole body feeling heavy from the previous day and the soreness in my quads, made it quite a challenge. Although looking at tomorrow's workout I definitely need an early night tonight!
