Day 19

Was going out for the day so had to do as much of the workout as possible first thing. Managed the first three supersets and left the rest for later.

Day 19 measurements:

Chest: 35"
Shoulders: 39.5"
Umbillicus: 33"
Hips: 37"
Gluteal fold L: 21.25"
Gluteal fold R: 22.25"
4" from SB of patella L: 18"
4" from SB of patella R: 18.75"
Arm L: 11"
Arm R: 10.75"
Calf L: 14"

Calf R: 14"


















Didn't get in until the evening and attempted to continue the workout. I had been walking all day so unfortunately just ran out of energy, had to eat something and then collapse :-(
