Day 1 workout:
I began the workout and soon realised was how weak my lower back was. Having spent 15 years sitting at an office desk had really taken its toll and it began to ache very quickly. I also didn't make it to the end of the workout to which I was left very disappointed with myself. I think a combination of running out of steam due to not having slept well at the weekend, and realising that having not done any weight training for a while, that my muscular strength needs some attention! But hey it wasn't going to be easy so onwards and upwards! Bring on day 2! :-)
